Hi, my name is Misty Olen, and I own Auburn Computer Magic with my husband Bill Olen. I have been in the technology field for eight years. When I was a kid my mom use to worry about me because I would spend hours doing puzzles. I grew up and became a woman who loves to solve computer related puzzles. In 1999 I started Vatterott College in Oklahoma City. I had in mind to become a computer repair technician, but after a few months I found myself bored, it seemed like I was putting the same puzzle together again and again. I left Vatterott College for Executrain of Oklahoma City, and shifted my focus to computer networking. I completed my training at Executrain, and received my MCSE NT 4. 0 certification. I then began working doing computer repair and networking. I loved it, and became extremely good at computer repair and networking. I have continued my education and updated my certifications. My husband and I started Twin Lakes Computer Magic in Mountain Home, AR in 2005. We focused on computer and network support for small businesses. In 2007 we moved back out to California, the place we've always felt most at home. We still support our Arkansas clients through remote support technologies, and are beginning to expand our services to the Auburn, CA area.
